Secret Hill Cave Suites provided a charming stay in Goreme. The suite choices were numerous, which made finding the perfect fit for my needs a breeze. The stunning views of the hot air balloons from my room each morning were breathtaking. The staff really stood out. Anna personally met me when I got lost and drove me to the hotel, which felt incredibly welcoming. The authentic Turkish breakfast was a delightful start to each day, consistently prepared with fresh ingredients. One area for improvement is the payment method for activities booked through the hotel. It would have been helpful to know in advance that some extras, like the hot air balloon ride, needed to be settled in cash. This caused some last-minute stress as I scrambled to find cash on my final night. the experience was fantastic, but better communication regarding payment options would enhance future stays.

Waking up to a stunning sunrise over the valleys was magical. The spacious room felt like a retreat, and the staff organized a delightful private tour for us, enhancing the experience.

Getting to the hotel involved navigating steep slopes, which could be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. A few minor amenities seemed outdated, but they didn’t detract significantly from our overall comfort.

Had a lovely stay with spacious rooms and did I mention the 24-hour desk service? I enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and playing around in the outdoor swimming pool. The only hiccup was a minor mix-up with my check-in date, but it didn't take away from my experience at all. 😊

The hotel is slightly removed from the main hustle and bustle, which may not suit everyone.
